From planning and shopping to eating and surviving a friends birthday to Christmas, we provide you with a range of tools/tips to keep you going. Some ways are;

  1. Do not go food shopping when hungry
  2. Place your knife and fork down between eating
  3. Use a hunger score from 1 to 10 to understand hunger from appetite

Whatever you need, a new way of eating or exercising we can find a way for you to do it.

At Healthy Futures you will learn and challenge attitude traps from banning perfectionist attitudes and counter negative self-talk to focusing on behaviour change rather than weight loss alone.  Our weekly group sessions will help build a new relationship between food and exercise.
